Grant Copen, 11 years old, caught some impressive tilapia in their family pond recently. East Texas Tilapia has provided pond management for the Copen’s pond using fresh tilapia to reduce algae growth. The family has seen excellent growth in the pond’s bass as a result. Grant, pictured here with his catch, shot these with his bow and filleted the fish to provide a delicious meal for his family.
